Anelka is a big fucking mercenary. Why would he take less? He seems very fucking content to earn big wages and score 3 goals in 22 matches in the Chinese League.
This definitely isn't happening unless for some strange reason Marotta & Agnelli decide to give him a massive wage (don't think we'll ever see higher than 6-7m here, at least for a while).

well it goes back to what i said about how i think Anelka is really just a plan B being lined up should the lopez deal fall through
anyways gazzetta and la stampa (as unreliable as they are) both said yesturday that anelka would be 6 months and today its 18? again something is not adding up both in the length of his contract and how much in wages too.
