I don't play goaler though haha.

My position varies depending on what size pitch we play. 5-a-side I play defence, 7 a side I play striker, 11 a side I tend to play defence too, but have known to put in some stellar performances in midfield.

Goalkeeping wise, i'm pretty decent too tbh, but its my least favoured position

Do you use special type of socks for running? I have sensitive feet and no matter the quality of socks I buy the skin on my feet keeps peeling.
Yes I do. At first I was using X socks but lately anything in merino wool provided that it's ultra thin is doing its work perfectly.

I'm still a bit upset of my deadlift max going down, but my form is very good now.

My hamstrings are hurting double tho, i love it.

People worry too much about sore muscles, but that's the way to go, you can't escape it. You're tearing a tissue which implies success. You should love that pain, I love it, it means you're making a progress.

For me, sore muscles on a high volume day is " fuck yeah, t was a good workout"
