I'm doing something similar at the moment and the gym owner told me it'd not make you lose mass but it won't lead to gains, seeing as I'm doing supersets of high impact cardio with 30mins interval training at the end. I've noticed a bit of loss to be honest but that's becuase I've stopped benching.

What's with this "Tabata" exercises, did anyone tried? I've red something, but I would like nicer and more simple explanation.

Jack mate,that is crazy. actually watching you makes me even more afraid of commitment than i already am,since you got married all you have done consistently is ran away,Jesus,is it that bad?

Back to workouts after one month pause. 2 days ago I did shoulders and I felt like truck hit me, I thought I was going to die. I thought I lost all my strength but nah, I just went there empty stomach and it sucked. Today I did chest and it was great. I went from 46kg bench press to 56 and changed flies from 12 to 14kg. It was a nice boost.

Today I ate a lot of food :shifty:
won't be working out till wednesday until i get back home to bangalore... need to hit the gym consistently for at least two months to lose the flab around my tummy and get back some muscles... had stopped cardio because of ramadhan... time to start that again... may the force of jack's motivation be with me!
