I just came back from the gym, I did upper body as I usually do with a lot of focus on back and waist. I literally destroyed the machines. The bicycle tour to and back from the gym was excellent as well.

It's time to hit the shower and then eat some delicious carbonara.

Dude, that's not cool. Don't be one of those who think running/biking is enough for the legs, it's not.

And who told you I don't do legs exercises?

And I don't build muscles on upper body, I just do that so to complete the entire body.

Well you did, implied it anyway, when you said you usually do upper body. One must train the entire body.

Well, yea but I do legs exercises but I can do that without going to the gym. Squats and lunge are like my daily bread. Anyway, running is my main training and everything else I do is just to complete it.
