It's big when I drink a few beers. :D There's fat inside, my main vices are greasy meat and lots of beer. Sugar is not a problem at all as I don't like sweets; I eat a chocolate maybe once a month. But like I said, I do absolutely no cardio and eat a lot of junk-food. I know it can get better, but I'm not too fussed about it. I'll probably get around to it when some girl makes me. :p

My upper body looks OK overall, well OK for a complete newb with 1 year of gym experience, especially when you take in consideration how I looked 2 years ago. 4 years ago I was 72kg on 185cm, 2 years ago I was 78kg and now I'm at 87-88kg. I got some fair width in my back and shoulders, chest have started developing a nice V-shape and overall it looks OK.
:D Ok, junk food then combined with beer. It's really hard to give up on stuff but it's kinda silly when you think about it this way: "it has killed at least 30% of your potential results, only that food that you kept eating."

Yeah, you were kind skinny before. You have a good shape now and you have mass, if you decide to shred it it's going to be easy to see results and you'll look very different. Having mass only is not hard, but you gotta have balls to be defined and still have some mass on you but IMO it's totally worth it.

It kills me when I see this guy :D It's some Turk that's working out with Vince. I couldn't believe when I saw that he has 91kg but it's a good motivation if anything

And I just came back home. I killed my arms today, very intensive training.

I can't wait for a complete workout week as of tomorrow. I'll be eating asphalt, digesting hilly terrains and enjoying weights in the gym for dessert.

I see, cool.

Did you measure yours?

And as for cardio. Running raises your heart beat to 130, swimming 135 while cycling uphill gets it up to 145.

Jumping rope is 140  I had no idea it was that good.
My heart rate never gets that high while running. Usually 85-90 max. Is that bad?

Nah, I measured only with online calcs. I'm interested in shredding just yet but I'm around 15% probably.
I'm like 14-15% as well.

Running on a treadmill isn't the best option IMO. It tends to alter your running mechanics. Perhaps you could do incline running on a treadmill, which is a little bit better, but I'd just get outdoors. As for a schedule.. there are lots of options on the net, what is it you're after?
Treadmills are good if you can't do anything else, but I just hate the fact that my stride is longer than the machine. I always feel like I'm on the verge of pulling a hamstring or a groin.

Jumping rope is good for your abs too.
:agree:

Especially a weighted speed rope.

I think it depends from a person so it can be normal, especially if you're jogging.

For sprint that looks low IMO. I remember I had mine up to 120 some day while lifting weights.

It can't be bad really, but higher usually gets your fat to burn faster.

No that's usually what it is when I do long distances. I'm sure it goes over 100 on sprints. Though when I cycle it doesn't go up very high either 125, even on tough climbs.

I've never worn a hrm while lifting.

What's bad about the treadmill is that you have the exact same step the entire run.
By step you mean tempo right? If so, I think raising the incline and the speed always helps. I for one always choose a program rather than simply type in the minutes and then contumaciously shifting the speed and so on. I always go for the "climb hill" program, it's a tough one but a really good one for warming up and burning fat.

No, by step I mean the way your foot lands on the belt, they all feel the same and this has a negative effect on the feet muscles that are extremely crucial for a runner.

it's better than running in the streets. Not anyone has a forest or even a hill next to him
It's softer on the knees but it all depends on what we want out of our runs anyway. You can't say it's better. For me it's better to run on the streets and I do that very often.
