Postive? Dude our board are full of crazy copycats. They appoint Ciro cuz they think he will have the same effect as Guardriola. When that doesn't work then they keep him and think that maybe he can turn it around just like Leonardo did. Its an extreme fiasco for them if they fire him after 6 months.

And, they are cheap as fuck when it comes to paying coaches. Its no surprise why we had cheap coaches like Deschamps, Ranieri and Ciro. They earned shit compared to other coaches in big teams.
