The club will give Ciro the full season....top 3 finish with a good plan and positive performances in the remaining games may see him keep his job.

A lot can be blamed on Ferrara, but i still think a lot of players are in very poor form and this doesnt help either.

I hope people here don't want us to lose to Milan so we can have a different coach.
That would indeed be lame, however I'd rather we beat Milan and still got a new coach. :p I wonder if we had a poll. If we lost to Milan,Hiddink would definatly sign. Who would vote to hope we lost.

We play really awful football but still win 1-0 and they realize that we need a new coach and Guus comes straight from Africa to save us :D

I'm hoping if he does get appointed, he will incorporate youth(Primavera) in our squad.

Look at what Mourinho is doing, this guy is giving chances to their young kids like there's no tomorrow.

I know, but its all too late. Hiddink will demand 10X more than Ciro and with CL exit we lost a lot of money, now we have no chance for the scudetto either. I was hoping for Hiddink before the Bayern Munich game in Turin. And THAT alone could have turned things around, teams who make the CL knockouts, get more than teams who wins the whole Europe league competition in spring.

From what i understand, Ciro was appointed to cut the costs (cheap manager).

And now, even if we get Hiddink, we will not win enough money and therefore i seriously question how much can we really improve this squad next summer. But we need to improve a lot next summer.

This side needs a complete turnaround. Hopefully we get rid of players like Moli and Tiago for good, but we also need to find proper replacements for players who are leaving or are injury prone, like Camo and Trez.

We all know it should, however I think he will be in charge against Napoli. Ferrara that is.
and now the likes of Napoli, and Roma right up to our ass after another humiliation at home ... no Guus, yet a chance for players to watch CL at home next year by another humiliation against Napoli? :agree:

Seeing as our next game is in the Cup, I don't quite think that has an effect on the league standings.
