 well, whoever comes, needs to be wished luck
We have no other choice to be honest. We are at a point where we are convinced that numbers are needed and filling the squad wirth numbers is something Marotta is really good at. So let it be, let him do his job and complete the squad. It's desperate now.

Strangest mercato ever.

Every other week I'm like 'I'm gonna be patient, I expect some big move'. Then we do make a big move and sell players. Then I'm like 'I'm sure we'll buy top quality'. Then we see random moves pulled.

If we win Scudetto next year then I'm sure we're gonna keep winning it for at least three more years. Unlike previous seasons when I was confident about wins, now I have no idea what to expect. Our team doesn't look finished nor it looks like it has a good shape.

Loaning him with an option would be perfect, but Atletico won't agree with it. We'll have to commit to buy him.

But it's OK, since Evra is probably leaving next year and then we will have to really invest in a LB. Siqueira would make a decent sub. At least that's what I want to happen. Evra's lack of contribution in the final third is a problem, specially when you field a 3 men defense and your RB is inapt as well.

He is the only one from the back line that can actually cross.

That's the whole entire point of this mercato, D. I'm glad you are alive by the way, where the hell did you go?

Caceres does have a good cross on him, not that he'd start if everyone's fit.
Yeah, he does well. He actually takes his chances quite well I think. Licht/Padoin when they cross. Ugh. Evra seems to be a bit more accurate and with purpose in his cross.

Not sure bout the whole 3 seasons but yeah this one is in a right balance IMO it's gonna be much more difficult than people imagine.. in other words we very much could end up losing out.

He definitely can cross, but he hasn't much gas left in the tank to put himself in the position to cross.
