There are absolutely no rules between moderators and definitely no hierarchy (contrary to what others think). A bunch think that I decide everything, like Hoori for example, she thinks that I can bring Seven back with one word from me and that I sent him away with also one word from me.

There is no majority voting either, there is discussion. We don't create polls to see if we want to ban or unban Seven.
