You can argue that he doesn't get any service, but failing to make simple layovers, atrociois passing, cant hold on to the ball,cant play with his back to the goal....
For a 90 mil striker we need more from him than sitting and waiting for ithers to get him the ball in front of the goal. Thats why he was never for me in the same tier as Zlatan, Suarez,Lewa....
And the management also is to blame for allowing him to come 2 seasons in a row completely out if shape.

He doesn't turn up to the big games either, not in the CL knockout phases anyway.

Higuain risks ban for gesture

Gonzalo Higuain risks a Champions League ban after he was spotted making a lewd gesture at Barcelona fans during the Juventus defeat.

He was jeered when substituted late on at Camp Nou in the 3-0 loss on Tuesday evening.

As he walked back to the bench, Pipita was caught on camera holding up his middle finger to the crowd.

UEFA could take a hard line against the Argentina international, because this has been punished before.

Roberto Mancini was given a one-match Serie A ban for that same gesture, while Luis Suarez was suspended when doing that for Liverpool against Fulham.

We will play better with Mandzu at ST in Europe than Higuain and that's a fact. To think we paid 13mil for a 29 year old tevez, and 90 mil for a 28 year old Higuain....it truly is depressing, higuain was an impluse buy which really never made any sense, but now we;re stuck w him and will be played no matter what bc of his price
