I had to blink twice when the first goal went in. Them 3 fuck ups he had before that though were hilarious. The first he slipped, the second, he jumped like a kangaroo and the third he was playing as Monaco's defender. Let's not exaggerate his overall CL knockout contribution, he's been a choker and theres no two ways about it but its a step forward and to get away from such a stigma you need to do it more consistently. Hopefully he's past this now and will be banging them in all the way.

There were two Higuains yesterday. The one before the first goal and the one after. He gained a lot of confidence when scored his first. Second one was all about typical Higuain's movement and cool finish. He would have bottled it if he hadn't scored the first one IMO. Shows how big part of the game is confidence. He should be much better now that the pressure is off him.
