Are you telling that to me? I workout quite often and people wonder why I don't look more fit than I do, I simply won't bother one second in going strict. I eat what I want whenever I want and I love my belly.

Yeah, people go overboard with this stuff. You should do what makes you happy and strive to be healthy, but bodybuilder diets are just silly for most people.
