It’s a 27 million euro difference. If you count the bonus for Bremer, you should count the bonus for De Ligt too.
In any case, Bremer is a better fit for our team and is more likely to stay here for a while. De Ligt probably would’ve left for really cheap next season, or for free the year after.
Finally, it’s not my money, so I don’t care about the financials.

Also, something you can't even put a price on is fucking up Inter's mercato.

That has value to it too, not just because they're utter shit and a rival but because they were a contender last year and won the scudetto the year before. Weakening them is good for us.

- They need to sell Skriniar and Bremer was the replacement. We've damaged that avenue of replacement for them.
- They needed to reduce the wage bill and Bremer was help with that since keeping Skriniar means increased wages. We've damaged that avenue of wage reduction for them.

Even better, they wanted Bremer really bad and wasted tons of resources on this transfer and we swooped it in 24 hours. Eat a dick.
