Most South Americans are the same when joining large clubs.
Lichtsteiner said that about Juve verbatim in his first interview. Its pretty much standard protocol these days with "professional" players. Though how its relevant in Rossi's case, I dont know. He admitted he is a Milan fan, hasnt said anything else.

You could say that about practically ANYONE.

Please guys, enough with this "people would die to play for us" bullshit.

Players will go where the money is, more often than not.
Yeah this the truth, so If you want the best players, you should pay the money. That would be the only incentive for great players to join us, something we aren't willin to do for Aguero.
You are also speculating when you said Aguero don't want to join us.

So if no offer was made, then Aguero cannot feel slighted or mocked, correct?

Forget about the fee to acquire him. He has nothing to do with that.

You specifically said that Aguero was mocked after the silly offer Juve gave him.

So now, you don't think there was any offer made.

Therefore, there is nothing to be mocked
On the contrary, we were probably given the green light to talk to him but we didn't offer him anything. That's even more of a mockery.

Stating a preference is not the same as saying you definitely will or will not do something.

Does Aguero's preference mean that he would stay at Atletico rather than join Juve, if Juve were the only team to make him an offer?

His agent said that Rossi would be happy to play at Barça and have the chance to win loads of trophies and this “It is clear that the absence of Juve from international tournaments does not help, but the power of seduction still remains intact and it is still a great club.”

I don't really see what's wrong with either.

But it says an offer was made.

You were suggesting Juve hadn't made an offer, were you not?
It doesn't, he says there is an offer but he does not know how much which only indicates it is early negotiations and nothing concrete is there.

Have you noticed how when he insisted that things will be clarified after Copa, his news started to fade and the Rossi news started to increase?

His said he would like to play in england when he was asked about england.
If he had no desire to join us, why would his agents be negociating with us for this long ??? they could've told Marotta that Aguero don't want to play for Juve, but that's not what happend.
We don"t want to pay the money for Aguero for whatever reason and we backed out and turned for Rossi.
In the end If we me miss on Aguero we would regret it for years, not every time you have the chance to bring such a talent to play for you .

Common sense, is not something a biased fan is interested in.

There was an offer not an offer then red shows you there was and you try and spin.it. lol
I said Agüero was mocked by the offer and what I meant is that there was no solid offer and what Red showed me was a quote that confirms what I said that Agüero was not aware of the amount offered meaning nothing was serious there.

Most is speculation at this point. You claimed that Rossi has a Juventino heart and he'd be more faithful to Juve than Kun. It's speculation too.

As for Cheese's words that Rossi would prefer Barca to Juve, I think that Rossi said he wants to play for one of the top clubs. Asked who are the top clubs he said Barca, Real and United.
Clear as day.

And the answer Rossi gave would be the answer of almost every player in the world so there is nothing wrong with it, just like there is nothing wrong with Aguero's preference to play for some big La Liga or EPL teams.
But please don't try to make it like Rossi is dying to play for us and would reject richer and better teams, because he clearly won't.
