You don't care about the rest of my post? So when you enter into an argument with someone irl it's alright to focus only on the opening of their argument and completely discard the actual point? I didn't insult you, I asked you to stop being intentionally thick, a tradition which you continued into your latest post.
That's the part of your post I quoted. That's the part I have responded to. That part, also, has nothing to do with the rest of your post. You state that Rossi outscored Aguero. That's all. I responded to that. I don't care about who do you think is better, or who do you think we should buy. I'm not even talking about it, that's why I didn't quote that part of your original post:
I have been trying to get this point across for some time, but all they do is attack me because im italian, or a christian etc etc . This forum want all players with big cache and names especially when they aren't italian. They look down on Italian players unless they are Alessandro Del Piero and when you try and inject reason into the Rossi argument they call you a nationalist . Rossi is a very good player and like I have said if Agueros numbers are that high and we can get Rossi for less and also save on his annual salary, its a no brainer
Im so sorry to say it out loud, but now im even more sure, that it has to do with u being an italian. No wonder why the fans in Italy are ok with Rossi's.
I have no idea how many penalties they took last season, but Rossi also had 5 more assists than Kun. We can continue this all day long, I never said Rossi was better but I just wanted to highlight that people here are grossly underestimating his worth here.
No, you're right. He is being underestimated as a signing, because the frame of reference here, all along has been Aguero, and in terms of not just ability but also the amounts we're paying, Aguero is the better signing. I know for a fact that if is had nothing to do with Aguero, a lot of people here would've been sinking their yellow submarines all over the forums.

The guy chose to address a very specific part of what you said. The part he took issue with. He's not obligated to acknowledge every word, statement, opinion, whatever, just because it was included in the same post.

See, now you're being thick again. Quoting half posts means quoting them out of context. Now I'm not a journalist nor an award winning internetdebater but I'm not thick, so I know not to do that.

Not if one part of said post has nothing to do with the rest. But since, you clearly don't want to realise what I'm talking about, I will gladly let you believe whatever you want. Have fun.

To be fair, no, you didn't. You commented on Rossi scoring more goals than Aguero and then, separately, affirmed that in spite of this you didn't think Rossi was as good as Aguero.
Even though Rossi outscored Aguero by 3 goals in all competitions last year? Im not stressing the point that Rossi as as good or better than Aguero, he is not - but Rossi is a phenomenal signing for Juventus in these times.
There's nothing wrong with him focusing solely on the number of goals part. Your opinion, to him, is irrelevant. That you chose to use numbers that, to him, are somewhat misleading, is what he cares about.

The fact is that he both outscored and outassisted him last season. He did that while playing more minutes on the pitch, so? I know this fantastic player in the Danish superleague, he scored 1 goal, even though he only played one game. Like the best stats ever !

Personally, when the number of goals gets into that region (20+), I think looking at the goals/game (or minute) ratio is more important for differentiating players - especially if one played substantially more than the other.
When I get the time I'll look into that, I just know that he both outscored and outassisted Kun last year. I have no idea how much time he played, 15 games sounds a bit much - but it certainly does make a difference if he played that much more. Ive never even refuted that point.
