I don't know, but I surely won't pay 30 for Rossi or 20 for Mirko and present them as world class signings. I don't dislike Rossi and I even like Vucinic, a lot, but after talking about superstars like Tevez and Aguero or superstar to be like Sanchez, it will be a big disappointment for me if our "superstar" is someone who wasn't, isn't and won't be that.
Naturally, I'd love to have Rossi or Vucinic in the team, but at the expense of Quag, Matri, Iaq, Amauri or Toni. The one who'll eventually take Del Piero's role needs to be a much better player than Giuseppe and Mirko.

He had been on the verge of joining Barcelona, but that move collapsed when they turned their attention towards Udinese’s Alexis Sanchez.

I quess it's sarcasm but anyway i'll say that CL is not everything to call players here, cause everyone knows we are still a very big club and it's just a matter of time we back there. And i don't understand why such players like Rossi and Sanchez are trying so strongly to join Barca.

Because the opportunity to play in the CL = the opportunity to make more money. Its more exposure along every category. Club name can only take one so far especially when the management is a joke and the so is the product on the field. We don't have budget for big signings, we don't have the appeal that we used to.

I understand that all players are trying to reach their aims as fast as possible, but for example if Sanchez will sign for Barca, what he do there? I am sure he will be sitting on the bench and watching how Messi, Villa and other guys scores goals. Thinking logically he could be one of ours leaders and would need to wait just one year to be in CL i suppose. But as i said at current times players are very not patient and don't think too much and just chasing top teams which dissappoints them later.
