in the end all i am saying is that if the aguero deal wont budge from 45 million then rossi for 30 million is better bet that 15 mil could come in handy
Not buying a player for 25 in order to buy two players for 12.5m is partly why we are in the position we're in.
And if at one point it was acceptable to put the accent on quantity instead of quality, right now it is not. We need the better players, even if they cost more. I'd rather get a Melo for 25 (even if it's overpriced) than to get Martinez for 12+Pepe for 10.

And this is where the disagreements come from. You think there isn't a drop in quality, or it's minimal, while I think there is.

The problem is that these disagreements don't make us say "lets agree to disagree" but they make us more radical and we end up fighting. :D
By "we" I don't mean you and me, I mean in general.

Lets grow some balls and sign both of them. After all, we have a squad that finished in 7th place two seasons in a row. So its not like signing both of them would be too much. We stink.

Aguero - Rossi - Krasic
So it's a lack of balls that is stopping me buying that private jet I've been hankering after?

There was me thinking it was a lack of money that was the problem.

:sergio: Barcelona and Tottenham have already had larger bids turned down.
Tottenham yes, but expected, because no one with half a sense would sell their best player in January. But the Barca bid is NOT confirmed but media speculation, their interest in him was, but not the bid.

well, Red, technically if you had the balls you'd have robbed a bank and would be riding that jet now ... so, in the end, all roads lead to one's cojones :p

Anyone doubting Rossi's ability is either: 1. Never seen enough of Rossi 2. Thinks he's not good just because he's Italian (Like the old Cliché, Italians are mediocre) or 3. Is an American who thinks that Rossi is a traitor.

Giuseppe is a bloody talented football, who have proved himself in the best 3 leagues in the world, and was one of the most exciting strikers in Europe last season.

He is a good player and would be an asset to this team. Just because he is not Aguero quality does not mean he wouldn't have a positive impact at Juventus.
