That's BS.
Rossi could have been from my country and I'd have been just as angry if Marotta made him our main signing for 30m eur. If Marotta signs us a top player first, then he can freely sign Rossi and Rossi can freely start for Juve, because he can imo give more in attack than the attackers we have.
But it's going to be a big shame if we make him the top signing and splash a record amount on him. He's simply not worth it and despite his young age we won't ever be in position to sell him for more, simply because he will never be anything more than a 20-25 million eur player (that's in case a bidding war starts for him).

I rate him at 18 million euro simply because I don't see a potential in him to become one of world's best.

2. Not the case. Many people here what a hell of a lot of football from a variety of leagues.

There are very few people saying that Rossi isn't a good player, though plenty (mainly Americans) will say he's a cock. He is also currently very overpriced.

I think pro-Italian v anti-Italian sentiment is quite evenly balanced just now.

It's just shifted quite a bit in the last couple of years, because the forum used to be very pro-Italian.

I on the other hand am convinced that Sanchez is much better than Rossi. Sanchez is 2 years younger (22 months to be more exact) and I see that many use his goal tally from this season as an argument in Rossi's favor, forgetting that Sanchez is actually a midfielder who, no, isn't a support striker and being the one who was closest behind Di Natale doesn't make him a support striker. Sanchez played a free role and can be seen near or in his own box lots of times.

I'll leave this as something to be quoted next season already: The near future will show how laughable the comparison between Sanchez and Rossi is.
