So, what is the situation with Rossi right now ?
Don't want to read all the last pages, cause there isn't really something official.
Does anybody know ?
:)
As RAMI said, it seems the deal is an stalemate right now with Villareal reportedly not wanting to let Rossi go along with Cazorla already headed to Malaga.
Rossi and his agent, however, are pushing for the transfer.

It's been suggested that it's quite possible Villareal would want to use Rossi in the CL play-offs and then soften up and let him go to Juve, but that's a speculation, at this point in time.

right now, Vucinic is the hot topic but Juve getting him won't necessarily exclude a bid from Rossi (Quagliarella might end up leaving).

obviously it wasnt simple enough for you, badass is saying good players have no reason to go to a struggling team i brought him a case where a good player went to a struggling team, ergo argument, too generous its actually excuse, is null. So, lets stop using it.
so you think we can realistically attract the likes of nani, ribery, hazard etc... in our current situation without the interference of another side, we were very fortunate with vidal and krasic in the past wanting us, if that wasn't the case they'd be somewhere else by now

I think that we also loose Rossi, because Atletico will capture Rossi by the money which raised through Aguero's sale. Hope we net Vucinic and sell some useless players to end transfer campaign.

Yes we can attract players like these if we pay them enough money that will make them come here but if we plan to pay them Pepe-like wages they will not come. We have to look at those players that are not linked with other teams to make it a bit easier for Marotta who does not want to do bidding wars.

Suarez would have been a great signing last year. Its just that with the whole "signing players on our own terms" we would never in a million years invest more than 20 million on a player from Holland. Liverpool did and now they have an amazing player for a long, long time in the future.

you work so hard to prove abrasive, but always come off seeming more like a cuddly puppy, deneb...

ergo argument??? You debate as if your points are gospel. Deneb says=Fact?...I am happy to be proven wrong, if it means i learn something for the future, so please...supply more examples than the anomoly of Suarez, the counter arguments against you have, to suit your own stance, completely ignored...such as: Liverpool were on the up, we were on the Down. Liverpool had Money, we did not have money. There were no other concrete offers for Suarez. Liverpool provides a lot of exposure in the most competitive and most popular league in the world...so even if they are struggling, if they have just had their king returned, got huge funds to play with, and looking like turning round their season, yes, they look good to a relatively unknown player, which suarez most definitely was for most english supporters, who wants to make a name in the top leagues around europe.

Arguments based in Reason, you conveniently cast aside as what???

Aguero was and still remains of a much higher class than Suarez in the general perception of most english supporters, and likely most la liga fans also, and likely most seria a fans as well....I am not saying he is a better player, i am saying in the general perception of the football supporting public of spain, england, italy. Ask a million fans from those countries who has heard of Aguero? who has heard of Suarez? and without any doubt whatsoever, a massively higher % would know of aguero.
On the Agüero-Suarez thing, Agüero was/is the bigger name and draw in the UK, despite the 2010 World Cup and now Suarez has moved to Liverpool. This is because no one in the UK watches Eredivisie and didn't really know Suarez up until now, Agüero has been a big target and model of great fappery for fans for 3 years. I posted elsewhere about Man City signing Agüero and a Liverpool fan straight away was in depression, when they signed Suarez the same person said 'I heard he's good, la'.
