Who said Hazard is going for 40million? unless his buy-out clause is 40million. And Aguero's clause/valuation is 45million, although that clause means nothing outside of Spain. Rossi isn't a world class/game changing players so i don't see the point in spending half of your budget on a player that isn't top class. Bastos is nothing more than ok player, isn't shit but isn't anything special either, not the type of signings you would be making if you want to compete for the league title or aim get top 3/champions league next season. Lyon willing to sell him for only 12/13million says a lot, when you consider they brought him for nearly 20million.

Who said that he'll cost 40 mil ? Not even close.

You can caught me on this one, Hazard will be sold for around 20 millions no more than that. His teammate Gervinho who too had a big reputation was just sold for 12 million euros to arsenal. Our guys are really shit at negotiation that is a "fact".

Imagine that, we've spent 12 mil on a very average 27 year old martinez last season and Arsenal got Gervinho for that same amount. Fuckin clowns we have in this club.
