Portuguese press: Juventus and Porto want Giuseppe Rossi

According to Portuguese newspper ‘A Bola’, Juventus are battling it out with Porto for young striker Giuseppe Rossi, owned by Manchester United. The bianconeri, according to the newspaper, are ready to invest 10 million euros on the player. Porto, however, have a secret weapon: when they sold Anderson to Manchester United, a clause was added to the contract that allowed Porto to have one United player on loan. Rossi spent the second half of last season on loan at Parma.

I hope that Ranieri will use few young players..
Marchisio, Giovinco, De ceglie and Paro should really get their chance next season..

I would not mind to have rossi too..

Rossi on loan is pointless, but if we purchase him, it would be adifferent matter. I don't exactly know how he could settle in together with Palladino but I'm thinking being born in the US makes Rossi somewhat of a comercial potential.

I think ManU understand this.

If we want him we should buy him, were a big club and shouldnt rely on loans especially now that we are in serie A. Unless if theres a buy out option with the loan. On a realistic level man u aint stupid to sell him, ferguson is building a team for the future and rossi is certainly part of it.
