The reason for that was on our bench and is also gone for this year.

And if I want to have this conversation yes the lack of options on the bench is one of the biggest reasons for not be able to change something during the match.
For your argument to make sense, we would have needed to show that we were tired and exhausted during these games, which we weren't. We also managed to break a record in Serie A with this tired squad. Sounds very logical.

Conte never rotated both in Serie A and CL/EL.

We drew against Copenhagen with Llorente on the bench. Conte subbed a striker late in the game but opted for Giovinco instead of Llorente.
I already told you who was "the problem" on the bench.
If you remembered the year before, when Juve topped the CL group, hi wasn't on the bench. ;)

Still it doesnt mak sense to field Giovinco instead of Llorente when your team is throwing crosses and longballs. You are dodging his argument.

Of course it makes sense. It's not logical to put on a tall, strong forward when our opponents have tall, strong defenders, especially when you've just put on your best crosser in the team as well.

Our attitude and the lame 3-5-2 were the main factors we couldn't pass the group last year.

Not our starting 11, not our bench.

If people think that we need better players to beat the likes of Copenhagen, Galata, Malmo and Olympiakos maybe it's time for them to stop posting.

Before it used to be individual mistakes though. Now it's all Conte.

And I think you know who I'm referring to.

352 wasent the reason why our defenders were blundering about, or why the forwards were wasting a shitload of chances

This year too. If we don't qualify from the group stages, it's all on the coach.
True, there really is no excuse with this first team.

And if some of the older garde arent up for it, we got plenty of talent waiting on the bench aswel.

Conte was a disaster in the CL last season. From squad selection, to tactics, to underrating and de-motivating his team before every fucking CL game with his retarded comments.

The players also should have done better as well, but in football the buck stops with the coach, yet I don't think I remember Conte once accepting blame for the teams poor showings.

Yay, become Roma did so well OMG.
Sold their best defender and replaced him with Astori and Manolas and got Iturbe.
If we did that you'd tell us that the world has ended.
That's funny you say that. Because to the best of my knowledge we were in for all 3 of those players you've mentioned above but did not/could not end up signing them. Do you actually believe Marrotta and co. would have ended the mercato this way under Conte? Not a chance. This isn't about Marrotta vs Conte, don't get me wrong, but it's about the board resting on their laurels after having lost a very important component of our past success. The man himself.

If anything, we needed to compensate for Conte's loss, and I don't think we have done that. You can argue it all you want, or be deluded about it all you want, Juventus isn't winning the scudetto this season. Not because we lost Conte. We've also lost some motivation. We are likely going to have a new system, and don't have a player to help make it reliable enough when it happens

I wouldn't say Scudetto-losing because this Serie A is terrible.
The team won't win this year. Number of factors, Conte, motivation levels, below par mercato. Quality alone does not win you a domestic title, it takes a little bit of inspiration. We don't have that this year, be it in personnel or the group dynamic which is transiting under Allegri. I'd go with Roma or a surprise run by Meelan.

It's pathetic isn't it? Notice how he posts less here since it's happened.

Like I said, my initial reaction of our mercato is, it's a solid but unspectacular one. I'll wait to later on down the track for my verdict.
Dayem. Since youve been keeping track, pls don't reveal my Bianconero_Recedinghairline handle on the TorinoFC forums, to everyone here. ;)

The mercato was not solid. It was underwhelming - at best.

Yup, not even once he accepted that. If you ask me, thats very worrysome. INstead, he kept saying we lacked quality, when he had players like Vidal and Pogba who are like 3 times the players he ever was.

Ridiculous

Conte never fooled me with his stupid euroexcuses. It was clear as water he was fucking up left and right.
