The main reason Conte left, was Marotta's incompetence.
He did not ask more from the players, not even more money from the board, just a proper use of it from the transfer director.

Berardi had 6 good games, and 30+ bad ones. At a relegation team.

Morata plays at Real who hates cheap young kids. Despite, he played plenty of games and managed 8 goals. At real madrid.

Not just that, he showed great improvement over last year, and everyone sees him ready for the next step, but has to play more

Juve seeks a stand in for llorente. Morata is exactly that
