Calling for Marotta to resign after building this fantastic team is just wrong. Dude did it while not paying more than 20m for anyone. He did an amazing job. He has just failed to deliver a quality striker and the last piece that Juventus needed. Being disappointed in that is not controversial.

When you see players like Giroud or other unknown yet quality players come and go for such prices then you have a problem specially this was our prime target.. tbh Marotta did terrible job till now. i mean for fuck sake the talking about how he wants a player like Cavani and LLorente or Dzeko in the final days of the Mercato.. then are u fuckin' kiddin' your self or us.

this guy had the chance and he wasted it and we will be in tough position in The CL.

Not exactly his place or job to convince Mrs. Berba to live in Turin.
To me, its not even about Berba. The guy doesn't know what he wants. He's going for the cheapest available option. We've gone from drastically different players, with differemt characteristics withoutmpaying notice to their ability to fit tactics. RVP, JoJo, zsuarez, Llorente are so different. Then we go for the cheapest available deal. There is a limit to it. You can go full retard but you can't go from RVP to Bendtner. Its just not on no matter how comatose he may be in the brain god 'loaned' him.

I don't know what to tell you. All I know is that a player at 31 who is being offered a starting spot to still keep playing for one of the elite teams in Europe at the highest level should have no problems being sold on that idea.

No its not that. Maybe is is his speciality. He can build a great foundation but he can't take a team to the next level. He can buy you the best avaiaboe players for 15m, but he cant negotiate for the ones at cost more than that. The ones likely to be the big game changers on and off the field. It's kinda like how Ranieri is as a coach. Will get you to fourth place consistently to qualify for the CL but he'll never take you to the top. This is Marrotta's niche. Especially since he works on his own terms.

Exactly, If Milan had the money and wanted to sign Berba, he'll be in Milan tomorrow.

Marotta just can't close deals.

And a cb. You people would view his abilities very differently if Barzagli didn't have the season of his life last year. That's how off he is. We needed an LwB and CF at the start of this mercwto first and foremost. Turns out the LwB isn't coming and the CF could be Bendtner. How's that for making a mark?

at 31 he may not be as motivated for a new challenge when he has a young family and can get a good wage and still livecincLondon.

Cavani--RVP--Destro--Jojo--Llorente---Jojo.2--Berbatov--Bendtner---------------- :sergio:

and that thinking has lead to the humiliation of aelling their jewels in the crown and humongous debt.
Not my points, when Milan had the money they got the players they wanted. Usually their first option not the 5th or 6th.
