And here's another thing I don't understand. So many here have said that at the very least, signing all these Italians and players familiar with Serie A would allow us to communicate better as a team and garner more organization. Whatever happened to that? We have one of the most disjointed, unorganized sides I can remember throughout my years of watching big clubs.

Many said we need to build a good base of Italians. Fine, that's all right with me, it makes sense to do so considering we're an Italian club and have done so for decades. But then why on Earth are we sending what looks like our best Italian talent, Giovinco, away on loan to another club? He would be great for depth, unless we wanted to use him for the left-wing, like right now.

There's just too much hypocrisy in all this. It makes very little sense, especially when you throw in signings like Martinez. These guys run the club like a bunch of terrorists.

I can't understand how such people are so bad in recognizing talent. We let Gio, Trez, Camo go and brought in Martinez, Pepe, and Toni as replacement, and didn't even consider Cassano. How can someone be THIS bad?
When we bring in the likes of Moggi and Lippi/Capello and the rest follows as Secco and Renieri, then Marotta and Del Neri; the project it seems it's to simply go Reverse as a once Prestigious Club, man do I want to kill
Moratti so bad.

Interviewed by the microphones of Sky Sport 24, the Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta said the dramatic moment of Juventus. A loss to many reasons: "I believe we are mentally stuck, immediately after the goal the players enter a circle of fear of not leaving. With all due respect to the Bologna could recover but we are disunited, I see a discouragement the total team. " About possible internal fractures Marotta denied: "There are no splits, we are dealing with people and professionals who know exactly what to do. There is discomfort and you can not get out, the memory of last year and instead creates incentives everything is the result today. " Then return to the analysis of the team and possible culprits: "If we speak of the faults are all guilty, there are players in the field today and the values were higher on our part. It is not easy to get out, the fans expect a lot and it is right so. We are not credible now and we must return to be, we can not aspire to great things and try to finish the season well, we expect the final eleven. Now we say no target to have no mental impediments. We been taken with the referees when the interpretations were wrong but not always. It 'clear that it is difficult now to understand this situation, tomorrow we should put all of efforts to understand the issues, the president has done is put in front of their responsibility for the players. There are However, atypical situations that must be addressed from week to week. " On the charts and on some absurd defeats Marotta then sets the index: "I think the potential is greater than Lazio and Udinese, when we face teams that put us against us the maximum, the Bologna tonight is not comparable to that of two weeks ago that has lost much in Genoa. We need to inculcate the right motivation and loads in the group. " We then move on to the anger of the fans and the finger pointed at their head by Gigi Delneri: "I do not think the correct answers in the specific, the fans were quite right to complain, Juventus must do their best. Scapegoats or found guilty but is incorrect. " Finally closing on the next race, the Milan arrives: "You can be a godsend to face now, are considerations that are not answered at the end then. And 'inexplicable and Inter Milan win and lose so many points with less teams, the thought of' go out there and answer the calls immediately affects us, is often mistaken approach, in fact now we have understood little. The races last for ninety minutes, the craving to beat Bologna quickly punished us. "
Whatever, same BS, nothing is happening. Its like facing a wall, they are in denial.

I'd like to take the time to ask for the Marotta Supporter/Apologist Society to come to their figurehead's side. The following members are notorious, die-harders:

Marotta is ignorant or he is just acting like one, "our players are mentally stuck", fuck them then, why did you buy such players, did Nedved stuck mentally ,did Buffon??, he is wondering why our players stuck mentaly, why are they discouraged, because they are that kind of players, they are average, and they will get stuck mentally again, it your fault

Moggi was a jackass also. Stubborn to the extreme. But boy did he know how to win with the resource he had. IMHO 'we' have spent a fortune the last few years. This type of money was not available to moggi yet he still did the job.

Marrotta has a big hand to play in this, but losing at home to provincial side is down to the players and the trash manager.

Marotta: 'Del Neri is up for review'

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta admits “Gigi Del Neri is up for review. We’re trying to understand if the situation is about to precipitate.”
The Bianconeri are in crisis after a second consecutive defeat, both 2-0 against minnows Lecce and Bologna.

“Del Neri has not given signs that he is losing control this season, but we are trying to understand if the situation is about to precipitate,” said Marotta.

“The Coach is up for review, as we all are, because we are all responsible for this. We are not thinking of a pre-match training camp as punishment, but could do it to best prepare for Saturday’s game against Milan.

“The fans have every reason to complain, as Juventus must give their all. However, finding scapegoats is not right either.”

Juve are plummeting down the table and have shown an unusual psychological frailty against the smaller sides.

“I think we have a mental block, as once we concede a goal, the players get sucked into this vortex of fear and can’t get out of it,” continued the director general.

“With all due respect for Bologna, we could’ve recovered from the opening goal, but we fell apart. I see the team is totally splintered. The memories of last season are precipitating that fear and this is the result.”

For the second year running, Champions League qualification seems to be a mirage for Juventus.

“The fans expect a great deal from us and that is only right. We are not credible right now and must get back to that level. We cannot target big goals, so will just try to end the season as well as possible. Let’s not set any targets, as that could be psychologically counter-productive.

“It is inexplicable that this side can beat Milan and Inter, then drop so many points against inferior teams.”

This idiot probably deserves more blame than anyone else. He's the one who got DelNeri in in the first place along with 14 new players who were as confused as him. Someone shove a midtable up his squinted ass. No balls to be at a club like Juve. Get him out.
