I know nobody can tell, and we don't even know how much about this meeting is true, but if he really said we'll buy a winger and then look for loan/swap deals, I don't think they're willing to spend that much more.

That obviously doesn't mean a good loan deal ( with maybe an option to buy ) can't bring in good players.

I'm just a tad worried, that is all. :frown2:

LW? Elia? :touched:

I guess we can stop dreaming about a good CM, LB or decent CB back up.
we would need to get them on loan or swaps, Real,Man City need to lose some players so we could raid them, expect these sort of deals to get done towards the end of the transfer season when clubs will be desperate to get rid of some players

Yeah, actually, I thought of that after I posted. We could make some good deals there.

We’re only linked with Elia as a left winger. Please Hazard :xfinger:

If Ozil who is younger than Krasic and shined in WC has one year left in his contract and is sold for 15M, then Krasic should be signed for 11-12M

I think shame is not Marotta's but Agnelli's who is not any different than Elkann. Would he die if he spend a little from his own? Club is swimming in mud while waiting for real investment since 2006.
:howler:

Now after you got the Agnelli that you and Moggi were screaming for, he's become a shame. Seriously, you should do something about the way you support this club.

Marotta: 'We need a winger'
Thursday 19 August, 2010
Juventus director general Beppe Marotta admits he intends to sign a winger before the end of the transfer window on August 31.

The Bianconeri have been linked with Hamburg's Eljero Elia and CSKA Moscow's Milos Krasic for most of the summer.

Speaking to Tutto Mercato Web, Marotta said: “Everything will become clear on all fronts in two or three days.

“The only real economic investment the club needs to make involves a left winger.

“Other eventual arrivals will only come through swaps and adjustments,” he concluded.

Juventus appear to have lost momentum in the transfer market after doing a lot of the early running.

The arrivals of Jorge Martinez, Marco Motta and even Leonardo Bonucci have been greeted with a degree of scepticism both in the media and among Juventus fans.
