We're not playing champions league football next season. We've spent "alot" last summer in the transfer market and logically speaking we won't have much to spend this summer.

Plus the team have many holes to fill and if we're going to overspend on every player this summer then we won't be able to get decent players in those other positions.

Use your common sence, last summer we've spent around 50 mil euros and we were participating in the CL. Next season we won't play Champions league football plus the new Serie A T.V collective system will take place (which means even less money coming to the club).

All in all we'll likely to have 25 millions less than last summer (if not more) that means we'd probably have anywhere between 25-30 mil to spend this summer (if we're lucky)....
