This Coman deal looks more than just amazing from financial point of view, I mean seriously getting 28M for a kid, that has barely played for us. But I am still against the transfer, I know I cant do shit about it, but at least I can write my opinion on it. For me this transfer looks hideous from a sporting point of view.

Primarily, Marotta bought Cuadrado a few days back, he bought a guy who is a winger, and then few days later he sells the only other natural winger on the team who, we should keep in mind, is one of the biggest talents of his generation. With cuadrado's arrival I was really satisfied because I had hope that finally Coman will get to play in his natural position, and show how much he is really worth. In my opinion getting Cuadrado and selling Coman, looks like Beppe lost his compass.

Secondly, the thing that makes this deal as daft as it gets, is the loan + option to buy, bloody 'ell Beppe what the fuck were you thinking? If they really wanted to get him, force them to pay 25M or they can fuck off instead, you don't give them loan + option, because if this guy flops under Guardiola, we get him back, and player again lost whole year sitting on the bench. Oh and lets not forget we only have one Ss and that is Dybala, if he gets injured, we are proper fucked. And the thing that gets me really angry is that you just don't give top prospect out on loan, is Beppe completly lost or something, didn't he learn absolutely nothing from Draxler situation, on how you make things hard for the buyer, who wishes to buy your top talented player. Seriously who the fuck, among top European clubs, sends one of the most talented players out on loan, to a club that has shit loads of money. If there is a one example of a situation like this in the whole football histroy, I would really like to hear it.

You and I know we can't sign the best players in the world at their peak. Stop pretending like we can. But I will say the way we've been operating in the transfer market over the past few years tells me we know what we're doing overall.

I think we could if we start pretending like a top club.

Isco... I'd love to see us put a 60 mil bid in for Isco. And that kind of bid might be of interest.

If our best front 3 this year is Draxler behind Morata and Dybala. That's a ridiculously young and unproven attack... I'd much prefer or more established CAM to hep Morata and Dybala continue to grow, and to take some of the pressure off them.
And what if they reject it ? They have zero reasons to sell nor does the player seems keen on leaving.

Lets keep in mind this is the same club that "forced out" for €90m.

DI Maria was their second best player that year. Isco is more of the Ozil level of importance to them. Perhaps even less. They might reject it. Yes. But it would be nice to see us attempt to go for such a player if "money is not an issue" and all that matters is finding juventus-worthy players.
