Yeah. Now start unconditionally defending him in your "famous" manner as his biggest defender.Whatever he does must be approved and no one got the right to even dare to criticize him.Meanwhile troll and change opinions every 3 minutes. And continue claiming that Tevez deal to Juve was a flop and that you would rather play Giovinco instead of him.Now go and invent some "ingenious "strategy about this master transfer moves of your "patron", Vidal ,Zaza and Gotze/Drexler deals. You will defend him even if we got someone like Candreva. You will start convincing all, that ,with hands tied ,that was the best possible move.

What I hope is that Marotta keeps his shit together and don't go panic on Vasquez or Sneijder. If there's no adequate player, just keep it as it is now and wait for the right moment.

But the team will definitely be much weaker for now.
Too early to panic. Still on July 27th. He knows this too. We won't have a Treq by the supercoppa and I'm ok with that if it means getting someone worth waiting for.

We got refused by Schalke for freaking Draxler. How pathetic is that?
Wait, there's been no rebuttal to this yet? Like Beppe balancing the books and being wise or Beppe offering what Draxler is worth and not a penny more or Beppe knows Schalke is already rich so doesn't want to overpay for their players?

It's one thing to have a low offer rejected.

But this is the first time EVER that I have heard of not only a low first offer being rejected, but the other club feeling so insulted that not only do they stop negotiating, but they actually tell the club not to contact the player anymore.

I'm at a loss for words.
Sounds like a backhanded compliment when you're left speechless like that :D

It can only happen, I think, in a situation where a club didn't want to sell in the first place and were only going to consider a very good offer.
 of course.

Finally some logical thinking here.
Love it. Logical thinking would actually suggest one of these two scenarios.

A) Beppe just got embarrassed by Hedt because he tried to low ball on the offer, be it due to having to buy the player outright and not being convinced due to his injury status.
B) Draxler is not a genuine target, or at least not a primary one, given the offer, and Beppe's suggestion afterwards that we have plenty of time. It indicates that we are waiting for market scenarios to develop, some that we may already have a hand in the cookie jar a la Goetze.

See, I'm not even pessimistic at such a pessimistic, unnerving time. But I'd love to see the reactions here if Draxler isn't signed.

Beppe, sorry for doubting you.

That is exactly what I have been complaining about when we sold Vidal, we could have been in the exact same position as Schalke and toyed with Bayern as long as we could. We don't really have to sell Vidal.

Anyway about the Draxler situation, I will shut up and not say a single word.
You shouldn't say a word. Let he market situation develop. That's what we are waiting for anyway. Draxler may not even be our primary target for all we know and that's why he's taking time in this deal starting so slow. Could very well be we aren't as serious about this deal as the media are making it seem. If we were serious, I'd imagine our club and its starting bid for the so called primary target and as some here claim the 'only available player for us' should feel more ashamed than Bruce Jenner's tampons.

Rakitic was 18 million. And someone still complain got 37 + 3 million for vidal.
So true.

Vidal was according to you so old with 28 years and an injury prone after ordinary meniscus surgery.:facepalm2:Because Bayern are so stupid they offered him a 5 years contract. So stupid that germans.I am not against Marotta .He made good deals for us.But is ultra :stupid: to defend every move of him on the market irrelevant what he does .When he make a good deal I will point out that, and also I will point out just like now when he failed .As simple as that. Not be blindly biased about him.And actually I was never a bid fan of Draxler but the way they treated us is low.

It was a 22 million bid first of all, by all reports.

Second of all, he's not worth more than 30. If they call off all negotiations because we offered 22, a deal was never gonna happen in any case.
It was 15 million. There is no guarantee bonuses will be completed.

The bonus could be if we win the CL or something very hard to accomplish for all we know.

Man I thought we were in for such a boring summer, too.

Keep this up, guys! For the record I think giving Pereyra more playing time as our starting AM can only benefit the team. Or maybe without an AM we'll be able to use a winged formation so we can see what Coman might have to offer us there. We could also put Evra higher up the pitch and Chiellini in his natural position at left back.
