Would have loved to sign Darmian, and not convinced by Zaza.

But I think at this point Marotta and Paratici have earned our trust.

There aren't many teams who have their entire mercato sorted before pre-season even begins.

Neto, Rugani, Khedira, Mandzukic, Dybala, Zaza is a good mercato in my book!

(Also, not sure if someone already said this, but the Zaza thing seems in part Beppe's fear of running out of strikers. His first year we lost Quags to injury, and Amauri and Iaquinta's form fell off a cliff. I think being left with 36 year old Del Piero and 34 year old Toni, plus Matri, made him fear a lack of strikers. Hence bringing Matri back, Anelka, Bendtner, Borriello, Giovinco [last season]... Beppe always wants five strikers! Sometimes they may be shit, but I think he has a phobia of running out of strikers)

And I'd say Morata, Zaza, Dybala, Mandzukic, Coman is pretty good, assuming Llorente leaves.
There's firepower there, but i feel we need one experienced campaigner in the sS/AM mould to add that little bit of weight to the lineup.

Darmian for 20 million to united and zaza for 18 to juventus in same day :D
Tuz will explode again

Zaza is our plan.
Just hope he can do well at juventuz.
I just curious who sassuolo will buy with that 18 million.
He would be our next player in coming years :tuttosport:

they already start

We don't sign flashy, fancy attacking player they crave

Marotta sign player as part of plan

He just doesn't sign player they necessarily want, so they hate him

Their hatred make them blind

Undoubtedly.

I just see no immediate cause for alarm with the fullbacks Juve have at the moment, though there is a need to start planning to replace players in the next couple of summers.

The way some people have been talking about Juve's fullbacks you'd think there was some full-blown crisis where Motta and De Ceglie were starters and Grosso was to be brought in as the saviour.
:agree: there has been a lot of knee jerking regarding our fullbacks. I thought Evra and Licht were pretty good last season and I don't see a reason why they won't continue their good performances in the upcoming season.

Of course we should start looking for replacements for one or both of them from 16/17 onwards, but then again we need to look at a few other positions as well from that time onwards (a Barzagli replacement, an attacking midfielder perhaps) which can all be bought after Pogba's eventual sale.

Fecking balding sperm whale signed our most fancy player before the mercato even started. FFS wait for the last day and then splash the cash, ruined our mercato.

You'd imagine this would be Evra's last season as a significant player, so this season is important to see if Asamoah can be the long-term left-back. That'll dictate whether a starter needs to be signed or if you are signing a solid back-up or a prospect to develop.

Wingbacks/CB have to be a focus next year (along with somehow locking in Pogba and Vidal by a miracle). If we can add two WBs in '16 and resign our midfield, I would be content. We are DEEP up top, and I am assuming we will bring back Berarrdi, but our defense is aging (and getting slower at an exponential rate). We have one solid year left then their age will kick in.

Not to mention our current WB's still struggle to effectively cross the ball. Watching Licht try to play a good ball in the box is painful.

Licht is a bit of a worry. i would feel a lot more comfortable if we did have an understudy for him this term, someone who will likely have an eventual future at the club ahead of Caceres for example. Vrsaijko would be a good buy.

As far as i remember, the option for Zaza was 15 million not 18.

Maybe it's time for a new poll. Beppe, get him arrested or not?
And as far as I remember, Sass were asking 15mln for Berardi's half and we sold ours for 10, the buy back clause should have been 25mln next season but is only 18.

So, Turk you rekt or not?

It's this :beppe: thing's fault that we are losing millions of euros because of these obscure and shady co-ownership deals. Just because they were asking 15 for his half doesn't mean his true value anything close to that. I am also quite sure we will pay more than 18 for Berardi.

We had Zaza's %100 for 3.5 million €. Then why not just loan him out without giving away thsese fucking co-own options. Why? Sassuolo wouldn't get him on loan? As if they had choice. They can go fuck themselves and play with walking deads like Floro Flores and Floccari then. A general manager of a club like Juventus should know how the deal with these shitty clubs of Serie A.

There are tons of money being shipped out from this club via these shady deals and i don't like it.

You think sassuolo will care about him for free
It is win win solution.
11 million is nothing if we have satelite team like sassuolo.
It makes developing player easily.

Why wouldn't they have a choice? They don't owe us anything.

And Zaza co-own is what gave us Berardi half, but that doesn't suit your agenda so no mention of it.
