New Player play well. Conte deserved credit. Conte turn him into world class player. what a coach.

But, why if New player play badly and have poor season, it seems like conte did not have responsiblityabout that?

That is not fair.

I am sure you watch juve carefully.
How many times we see our 3 defender play like a midfielder?
It is many times we see.
And center position has more risk than left or right side.
Why conte played him there? Why not barzagli or chiellini who has more experience?
He was new signing after all.

Vs fiorentina i admit that he play bad.
But salah goal was stupidity of marchisio.

About padoin, kudos to allegri and padoin himself.

But not all player can do what padoin did.
If you purchase a new young player and your coach manages him to be very good then the coach did his job.
If you purchase a new young player and your coach fails to get anything out of him then either (1) its a good player and its the manager's fault or (2) its a bad player. You find out which one was the case when that under-performing player goes to another club. If the player after leaving Juve turns starts performing very highly under another coach then it was Juve's coach's fault. If the player continued to suck (like Elia, Isla, and Krasic) then it was never the coach's fault, the player was always shit.

Similarly, if you buy an old player that was finished under a previous coach in the same or a different team and your new coach manages him to amazing results then you should blame the old coach and praise the new. This is because the old failed to get good performances out of a good player why the new coach succeeded. So for players like Barzagli, Bonnucci and Pirlo, you can rightfully say that Del Neri, (whoever was managing wolfsburg) and Allegri, failed at managing their players while Conte succeeded.

As things stand, all the players that Conte failed at making them perform, did prove at their new clubs that they always sucked. And he did manage to bring some players back to life after their previous coaches have failed. When that happens then this is a testament to the quality of the players (they always had it in them) and the coach who helped them express that quality on the pitch. This is way Conte is always considered a great man manager. He got every player to express his best qualities (Pirlo,Barzagli etc) and for more limited players he managed to give them small roles that hide their weaknesses. (Giac, matri, Quags, Vucinic etc...)

In short, a coach who is good at what he does manages to get the best out of the players that he has. He can't make a shit player into a good one but he can make an underperforming good player into a performing one. Conte's best quality was exactly doing that.
A transfer director's main job is to bring in players that fit the coach's plans. Some of them will turn out great and some wont, scouting is not an exact science. Great directors have much more good deals than bad ones. Marotta is one of them.

He chose Allegri when the fanbase hated the guy and considered him a weak coach.

He could have had Immobile, Italian, Serie A top goalscorer for 8/9M; he was going for Iturbe, for whom the fanbase was all in; but he opted to pay 22M for a kid who barely played for Madrid.

Evra is coming through. Pereyra is really upping his level when it matters most.

Holy shit, Marotta really was spot on on some very tough decisions here.

We have to admit that he is doign some serious job in Juventus, with limited funds.

Yes he has donde dodgy signings..... but his good ones are earthshattering...seriously.
