We are ahead of Milan,Napoli and Udinese in the race for Bellusci.

Now,does this means we won't buy some good defender that everyone talked about? We are just linked with average players and future signings.

Looking at the players we have been linked with it seems we'll stick with Chiellini-Mellberg duo even the next season and spend more for Mattioni*(if he comes),someone to replace Nedved and maybe some MC(like Mark and few more members mentioned Fabregas). It seems we are just looking someone younger to learn and most likely just to have a rotation with Legro.

About Bellusci,

he's 19yo left back so I doubt we have him in plans for first team next season.Maybe some loan deal?

Doh,I couldn't put his picture so I had to edit it 10 times.

I was just talking about plans for future.Don't get it wrong...Bellusci is a left back. But I think he can play as CB but it's not his position.

Are we preparing the club for the arrival of Wenger? I'm sure he have wet dreams about our policy of buying youngesters.

Are you sure he's a LB that can play CB? We've got enough of those. I thought he was a pure CB. boh!

No he's LB and he plays as LB.

    I just said I think they used him as a CB sometimes...but he's just a left-back.

Good, I want us to get a young CB more then an LB (besides Chiellini, the others are 30+). But signing a youngster from a Serie B most likely means he wont even be considered for the squad, but is just another anonymous long term signing to be loaned ad infinitum. Or it can another anonymous youth signing ala Chiellini. One can allways hope, heh.

no way a 19-year old italian central defender plays serie a matches regularly. where was santacroce before he came to napoli? right, he played serie b with brescia.

i never seen that guy play so I don't know if we really could be interested in this guy.
