The Giovanissimi have continued their positive start to 2012 with another victory against a Piedmont rival. Following last week’s resounding success over Alessandria, the young Bianconeri also ran out winners against Pro Vercelli.
Claudio Gabetta’s side enjoyed a comfortable 2-0 victory at Juventus Center, which came courtesy of a goal in each half. Clemenza opened the scoring, while Vitale made the points safe after the break. The Bianconeri also hit the woodwork on three separate occasions and have every reason to be satisfied with their convincing display.
Just seven days remain until Vinovo plays host to another Piedmont derby. Novara provide the opposition as Gabetta’s men look to maintain their hot streak of form.
