His passing skills and organizing our defense arent.
I feel some here argue like I said he is a bad GK. He definitely isnt bad.. Its just $ is better, younger and a much better at organizing the defense.
Completely agree that Tek doesn't organise or command the area well.

I stand by that his passing is much better than Donnarumma. I think that is a big weakness of his.

Anyway we should stop building from the back like we did last 2 seasons. Only got us in troubles. We’ll (probably) have some powerhouses in the midfield and we seem to do a lot better with long passes. We’d struggle is we force ourselves passing 100 times to the goalkeeper again.

Yea having a goalie with good passing skills is nice to have, but Buffon never was one either.

For me it’s the least important goalkeeper skill.

Buffon was perfect. There is no single thing he wasnt WC in. GOAT GK without any doubt.
Anyway we keep getting round and round so if we get Donnarumma - great, if not its ok too - we have bigger fish to fry anyway..

The pricetag won’t make a difference for Donnarumma but you’re right about Locatelli - even though I don’t think he’ll get too much game time at the euros anyway.
Verratti is currently injured like in every tournament for Italy. He is trying to make it back in time for the opener but its not certain.

Locatelli is midfielder #4, so he would get a lot of game time anyways, but probably also start in Verratti's absence.

Sensi is also injured atm (could recover) so it's more and more likely that Locatelli will play more.

Would be a typical juve signing. No real need to replace our GK, yet we could end up wasting our time and resources trying to sign another Italian. I think Szczesny is fine.
I'm not a fan of Donnaruma but Szczesny was poor last season and I think we need to start thinking about replacing him.

Donnaruma wouldn't be my first choice but I don't think a better opportunity will present itself anytime soon.
