Well Gilardino has had impressive strike rates in Serie A ever since he was like 23 at PArma. While Pazzini is a late bloomer compared to Gila. Also, Gila has more experience in Europe and knows what it is like to play for a top club from his days at Milan (even though those days were not his best)
Anyway both are really good players.. I dont think either of them are top level strikers though and that is what I would us to sign.

Juventus have a bid ready for Sampdoria striker Giampaolo Pazzini according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The Italy international who was named in Marcello Lippi's final squad for the World Cup last night is widely believed to be Juventus' No 1 transfer target this summer.
Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Juventus' new director general Beppe Marotta will offer €15m for Pazzini in a deal that would also involve other players.
The Bianconeri are reportedly willing to give up Albin Ekdal and Davide Lanzafame although Lorenzo Ariaudo has also been mentioned.
Sampdoria President Riccardo Garrone is already preparing for the worse, lining up Cagliari striker Alessandro Matri as Pazzini's replacement.
Garrone is expected to make a decision within the next 10 days.

Juventus have been dealt something of a blow after Sampdoria revealed Angelo Palombo and Giampaolo Pazzini would be staying at Marassi.
Both players were among Juventus' top transfer targets this summer and it was said to be only a matter of time before bids were launched.
However, Sampdoria, perhaps mindful of having already given too much to Juventus in the way of Gigi Del Neri and Beppe Marotta, are standing their ground.
Quoted in Il Corriere dello Sport, Sampdoria's new director general Sergio Gasparin said: “I have read certain figures in newspapers and listened to them on various radio stations.
“For our part, there is the desire to keep them. The President has defined them as cornerstones and pillars.”
When asked if Sampdoria had received any offers, Gasparin replied: “As of today, I repeat, we have only read about them in the newspapers and seen them on TV.”
