I say partly it's Labbadias fault but I'm more referring to their situation in the league which makes dickheads like Guerrero do such things. Labbadia showed already in Leverkusen last season that he can't build a constant team, what he's doing with some players is just Frank Rost for example, one of the best goalkeepers in the League and huge personality for Hamburg but Labbadia says oh I don't need you no new contract go away I don't care.

Yeah but there is a huge gap between where-we-see-us and where-we-are. They are 3 points behind a EL place while they want to play in the CL and they have three clubs behind who will overtake them when they struggle again. They need to win, draws are not enough.
They were in a good position before the winter brake but now they struggle with everything. Just like Leverkusen under Labbadia last season.
