This is more of a buyout number than a "start your bids number", meaning if we put 20 thousand on the bench the guy is ours. If they ask you "How much are you prepared to sell him for?" you don't answer "well I'd sell for 5m€, but hopefully I'd get 10m€ when done negotiating".
