my only worry about the diamond mid is if it is strong enough defensively. I hope D'Agostino can do his defensive duty.

If MArchisio or Zanetti were in the diamond with Momo then i am sure it could. But both Camo and D'Agostino might be too much offense
Camo back tracks rather well in my view, and D'Ago can hold his own. If we get under pressure we could always take one of them off, or use Poulsen with Sissoko for away games.

We just need better fullbacks honestly.

I've seen an video of him speaking Italian. I think I heard his grandfather or someone taught him when he was a kid.

They asked him if he already can speak Italian and he said he has family and friends from Italy and therefore he understands it very well.He can't really speak it yet but he thinks that he'll learn it quickly because Italian is very similar to Portugese and Spanish.
That interview is from Werder's official site.

True. I think in Serie A it would be better to go with the more defensive options (like Poulsne and Marchisio) to win in italy you have to be solid more that anything. Teams like Roma and Milan don't often win titles because they are not solid.

But having the opiton to go with the more offensive mids will help in the CL where it is about scoring goals and more aggressive.

D'Agostino apparently confirmed the deal at training with the Italian National team today...said all is missing is an announcement. Don't ask for a source...I'm bigger than that, the new informer on the block lol
Ye' bumboclaat! He basically said the exact opposite, and he said nothing will happen until Juve assign a manager, which is also true.

I would co-sign myself though, if it came down to it I'd still only sign Zapata.

Guess who :D
Quality wise i also don't see D'Agostino bringing much more than what Tiago and especially Zanetti can offer to the team.
Personally i'm undecided on this one. If we're planning to invest good money for CM then i don't want D'Agostino. I'd prefer a box-to-box midfielder or a midfielder with similar characteristics as D'Agostino but of higher quality.
we don't need Inler, and need a much better player than D'Agostino to replace Nedved...no done deal
WTF are you talking about? What difference is thier between Almiron or this D'agostino? zilch. If the club want to sign a CM why not sign a quality one in Hamsik instead of wasting money on garbage
I see you guys have been brainwashed by the new and not improved management. D'Agostino? :wallbang:
