Although, I don’t care much for Mancini, he is a heavy weight who can throw his weight around and demand the right players from the admin. I would go him considering the limited options we have available.

They have to find a way to convince Klopp to come. There’s no other useful option.
Klopp's salary at Red Bull appears to be 10-12 million Euros.

I don't think anybody is mentioning that we're actively linked to them but instead people are saying they are the managers that we as a club should go after.

Inexperienced managers are a risk. We're finally balancing our finances, finally recovering from the Paratici overspending and COVID financial trauma.

We shouldn't be anywhere near an inexperienced manager, we need a good manager who can take a talented team and mold them into a winner.
problem is there are not any good choices available right now, spending a huge money wouldn't answer either. I'd keep Tudor rather than bringing in Gasperini or Mancini.

Back when we had tighter financial constraints, we were still paying Allegri 9M. Even Conte probably wouldn’t accept less than 10m. I think Salary wouldn’t be an issue and Klopp is worth even 15M. The problem is he doesn’t actually want to coach anymore If only they could somehow convince him, that’d be great.

Even if we get Klopp or ZZ, what do we do about all the losers (players) we have in the team? Trying to clear out most of them will be next to impossible.
When Klopp took over Liverpool, their squad was a disaster, but he built a solid structure and they improved step by step, transfer window by transfer window. Our problem is that we've been stuck in a loop for about five years now, every year feels like year zero, starting from scratch. Without a proper structure and a top-class coach, there’s no real progress, transfers don’t work out, and so on.

To be honest, I don't care about the coach anymore. Since literally there isn't even a good enough option to bring this club back to its peak. I can predict what result Juve will get next season, so I skip the league games in whole and watch CL games.
