Both need to go but Motta leaving is more urgent because it is more likely to change results in the short term.

If the rumours are true, it's a positive sign that we haven't gone with Toli's choice of coach. Hopefully it means he'll be gone soon.
Sorry I’m not stating that Motta should stay - i wanted his head in December lol

But Junktoli is even more at fault, he’s the architect behind the biggest failure in years and him overseeing another summer will be Jjs end

Damn this is tough, I don't like too much chopping and changing, we've had one too many, and here we are again. Not saying Motta shouldn't go, but Tudor is hardly a long term plan, and these quick fix changes are more detrimental in the long run.
I agree but tudor may surprise us. I remember when conte came when had just coached spezia and got them relegated to serie C. Tudor may click with Juve and be successful

Hopefully Junktoli gets his marching orders not long after. His job with us is definitely in the firing line for sure. His “project” (lol) has been a complete and utter failure. He is tied to Motta and vouched for him over better candidates. I have high hopes he will be getting his marching orders soon.

True. That's why it's important that Giuntoli is sacked too and other changes are made. It's not just the manager but the current culture of the club.
Not quite, united did the same. When you're big and you forget who you are, then a stupid generation takes control. We do need an overhaul, Giuntoli can stay, but Chiellini, Bonucci, Buffon and ADP need a bigger role to steer the faggot. Thing is, if we get rid of Giuntoli I seriously don't know who we can replace him with, there's not many choices. Agnelli made a genius move to bring Marotta. I don't see us making anything if the sorts if Giuntoli was to leave. Were stuck either way, just gotta enjoy the ride.

We can only hope.

We will somehow finish 4th, Junktoli and Tudor stay and we will have the same discussion next season. Low costs option but losing more and more in the long run - Jj style

I don't like the option for next season. Tudor's track record is good for the situation we are in now to come in late in a season and salvage it. But long term his track record isn't as good.

I think we need a more certain option next season.
100%

But something had to be done RIGHT now. Because obviously with Mottard in charge, we were finishing 7th or 8th. He completely lost the locker room and had no idea how to get us out of the situation he put us in.

I think Elkann wants to see if all of this with the players is Giuntoli‘s fault or it was just Motta who didn’t know how to use them..
Good point

If Tudor does a very good job for the rest of the season + CWC it’ll vindicate Giuntoli. And the opposite is true.

Giuntoli’s job is definitely in danger. And rightly so.
