Another mistake by Elkann - should have fired Junktoli first, he’s the one being more at fault. All his big signing sucks, sold players under value just to sign retards like Kelly and Cabal.

And now you fire the coach Junktoli wanted the most and refuse to get junktolis replacement and still deem him good enough for Juve

If players don't respect Motta, I dont think the situation would be any less similar with another rookie coach.

Why is he even being discussed btw? Juve is not some charity organization that he starts his first coaching assignment here.

As an assistant I think he'd do fine. We need someone around who can throw around a bit of testosterone. At the moment there's none of that. Bonucci ain't smart enough to be a coach, but smart enough to be a furious version of pinsoglio and rile up the players. We are missing leaders badly, bonucci may not be one but he's been around enough to know what this clubs about. As I said I may not be keen or happy, but I can see the value in bringing him in. Buffon and Chiellini don't want in, Barzagli and Marchisio are chilling while ADP is smiling for the cameras. Reality is Bonucci is as close to the old guard as we can get. Let's take it.

We know for a fact that Motta is tactically stubborn. So its not a stretch to believe that hes had issues with players. I just think its a lot more likely that this is a coaching problem, and not a management/player one. Guys like Koop, etc didnt all just forget how to play at the same time. But Giuntoli is also the one that picked Motta and sold a bunch of young cheap talent, so hes not innocent either.

Both need to go but Motta leaving is more urgent because it is more likely to change results in the short term.

If the rumours are true, it's a positive sign that we haven't gone with Toli's choice of coach. Hopefully it means he'll be gone soon.

Igor #Tudor is in pole position to replace Thiago #Motta . #Juve has chosen the Croatian coach, with the first contacts dating back to 10/3. The contract is moving towards an end-of-season contract with an option for next year in the event of qualification for the UCL.

I don't like the option for next season. Tudor's track record is good for the situation we are in now to come in late in a season and salvage it. But long term his track record isn't as good.

I think we need a more certain option next season.

Who really knows how good or bad Tudor is, he hasnt really had a chance to coach a bigger club. All that really matters is the players buying in to whatever hes selling, something we’ve been waiting on for years.

Looking at his profile, seems he prefers a three man backline. Wonder if he will implement that change immediately.

Im divided over his appointment. He is a bit of a hot head and never stayed long as a coach at other clubs. Very sceptical of his coaching abilities. I recall CL final 2015 when he was in full Juve kit. Definitely carries this club in his heart. But it takes more to be a coach. However, he is my Croatian guy so all the best if he gets a chance.

Damn this is tough, I don't like too much chopping and changing, we've had one too many, and here we are again. Not saying Motta shouldn't go, but Tudor is hardly a long term plan, and these quick fix changes are more detrimental in the long run.

They waited too long to fire Allegri, and if its true Motta lost the locker room theres no point anymore, you gotta get rid of that asap.
