We need a coach who has won a trophy because a winning mentality will give you a 50% performance boost. Getting outsmarted by an elite manager in the CL is fine given our squad, but not PSV and Empoli. Winning coach always above an attacking coach. De Zerbi and Tudor won't take us forward. Mancini is another Italian, but I think Deschamps would be far better for us. He is a World champion and manages elite players. Yes France can be boring to watch, but they are always one of the favourites and turn up to big games. We need that more than 'style' right now.
Deschamps will likely bring Boumsong with him :D

That's what we did when we hired Sarri. Remember, he had just won the EL with Chelsea.

Edit

I know what you mean though. Juventus need someone whose done well for several seasons and not one year wonders like Motta and inexperienced coaches like Pirlo.

‼️Should Juventus decide to sack Thiago Motta in the summer, three coaches have been shortlisted to replace him:

- Antonio Conte
- Gian Piero Gasperini
- Roberto De Zerbi

Gladiator in me is yelling move on from Conte and Allegri!

But pussy in me is still there and ready to take one of them in.
whats the point in Allegri though? he already proved he doesnt have that Conte impact on a shit team, if we want almost sure and instant impact its only Conte.
And anyway, we have to rebuild the attack imo, more experienced players are needed, with the sale of Vlahovic we should rebuild it.

So they say 3 options:
1. 90 year old Gasperini (He might have a heart attack and we get sued). Joking aside, I always liked him but Im not sure how good he is when managing high profile players and get a team win straight away. I wouldnt cry if we get him as I will put my faith in him even though I think there is a better option at the moment.
2. Conte - The maestro that created that last Juve winning era. Took a 7th placed team into an undefeated Serie A Scudetto. Definitely my pick, even if I believe we should only take him for 2 or 3 years max.
3. De Zerbi - For me De Zerbi is a Motta knockoff who is actually a poor Guardiola knockoff. Basically what Im saying is that he should prove more before being considered.

Allegri as an interim option gaining stream:scared:
You can relax, Allegri wont come back anytime soon. not after that last game where he got the sack.
I dont think there will be an interim coach but if there is one - probably Tudor or some other who probably get the same results that Motta would have..
