Silva is less impressive than Motta, the Palace manager is far more interesting. The way he navigates against the big teams is very good. Still, given the options, go for Tudor or take a chance on Xavi because he won La Liga. Palladino also interesting. Skip on the dinosaurs and the Motta 2.0 risky picks.

Our issue isn't in beating big teams. We show up for the big games.

What we need is a coach and style of play that can pin back smaller teams and impose our game onto them. Tudor is the only guy I've seen do that in recent years at Juve. We should stop screwing around and give him next year.

Regardless of coach we need technical and rapid players. Direct football.

ironically enough, that's what motta was trying to establish: quick, short passes, pressing and shit. too bad we ran out of ideas at 25 meters of the opposition goal lol

btw de zerbi fits the description. i'd take him, looks like he learned a bit about the importance of defending at marseille

Motta was too far up his own ass. Overly complex system for no reason and no man management skills. De Zerbi scares me as well he seems very much a 'it's all about me' coach. At Juventus you must be adaptable and play to the strengths of the players you have. We don't really have many options that are either realistic or available.

If we are going to go young Fabregas has impressed me the most. Palladino has done pretty well also. But they are both a risk.

What does the data say about Fabregas? That's the most important thing.. :comolli:

If Gasperini is not a done dealio yet, I'll take him on a 2 year contract to drill his style of football into our team and then go after someone with a bigger reputation in a couple of years time. I'm really not expecting much from this club in terms of results in the next 2 years anyway.

I just don't want another Italian dinosaur managing this team. Conte is an exception because he's proven to build strong foundations but he's a lost case now and no point talking about him anymore.

Gasp has a terrible personality but one of the few Italian dino's who has adapted to the present times. And other than Ancelotti, the only Italian coach to win a European trophy with a Serie A club in the 21st century.

His random resignation does seem odd.
Yeah, I also haven’t seen him connected to other jobs really. He was my first choice last summer, would be cool. I don’t know as much about Silva, but his tactical flexibility and ability to get the most out of players is intriguing.

Pioli and Mancini would be so boring. I bet Chiellini is all about Mancini, that’s why I keep thinking he’s a legit candidate.

There's many job openings in Serie A
Unless he’s in the Atalanta/Juve mix he’d be downgrading from the job he had.

what I think normally, if there is this consideration towards Marco Silva, then Mancini is evaluated, then Pioli is evaluated, it means that right now, because then the market is always in continuous evolution, right now the name of Tudor is losing popularity and I continue to consider it a wrong thing

I feel like Juve is waiting for Inzaghi. All these rumors about Marco Silva and others seem like media speculation to me. I don’t think Inzaghi will stay at Inter, and I doubt he’ll go to Saudi Arabia either, it wouldn’t make sense for him to disappear from the spotlight while he’s at the peak of his career. Juve could be a good option for him as we spend more than Inter, give him more freedom and we have a younger squad.
