You don't know that he has the money though. Most of it is probably going to pay the debt from the new stadium, i don't know, we can debate on finances all day long, at the end of the day we don't know how much he has to spend in the summer. So I personally will judge him based on what he has spent.

I think you need to find another club to support. How about where ever Giovinco goes you go support them? all is you do is moan about decisions this board make.
