I don't think it's useless. The result is irrelevant but it's an opportunity for Palladino and others to get playing time and Ranieri has a chance to look at his reserve players in a game with no pressure where the result doesn't matter.

Maybe he will find a decent defender in the reserve team.

I hope Ranieri gives this Vanstrattan goalie a shot. Heard good things about him. And Palladino -Iaquinta upfront?

Who organised this game anyways? Players are are laways moaning they play too much and here we are with a free weekend, they go and start playing friendly matches

Like you said hopefully noone gets injured cos its this types of games that silly injuries occur
