Its not because of this friendly, we lost, we lost, the line up was bunch of kids...but whats scarring me the most is that in the past, when i wanted to buy a Juve jersey, i could never decide which player's name to put on the jersey cause i had so many heroes and favourites. Now, for the first time probably in my life, there is not a single player i would want on my Juventus jersey. We dont have a single star, a single player thats like "famous" or a special talent, someone that sticks out from the teal. Im looking at our potential first team line up for next season, and it doesnt do anything for me, i dont see anything that could potentially scare our oponnents, i dont see any players capable of doing something special, i just see fotballers that know how to play football at the most basic level. A team of Kulusevkis.

Just buy without a name on it or with yours. Here, no need to thank me.

22 strangers kicked ball under a new coach they still haven't figured out. They are exhausted from intense training (thank God, finally!) and were cautious (as they should) to injuries. Pre-season is only about fitness and trying to build a cohesive (and happy) squad that understands how the coach wants them to play. For a few players it is about trying to impress the coach to be an alternative when the senior squad is hampered by injuries. For a few seniors it's about showing they are good enough to stay (i.e. Hans).

So why do this thread have 18 pages? As long as we build fitness, avoid injuries, and learn the principles of the coach, I don't care if Modena beats us 10-0.
