First real test of the season, this match should be prove to be somewhat of an indication of how we measure up to the serie B sides.

Edit: Possible lineup ?

Mirante
Balzaretti Tudor Kovac Chiellini
Marchionni Paro Zanetti Nedved
Bojinov Zalayeta

I do not think our line-up will differ too much from this, when the season starts.

Deschamps has said he wants to play our best players which probably means that Zlatan will start since he most probably rates him higher than Zalayeta. Because the Del has not returned yet the second spot is shared by Guzman/Palladino/Bojinov. I think he holds Bojinov before the other two. Other than that, great lineup!

This lineup look good to be honest, but the attack seems rather stale for me, but I will not say no to Zalayeta, after all he really deserves his chance after willing to spend his time on the bench for so long.

Zlatan missed the last training session, so I thought he might not be fit.
You were right, I read today he's gotten a minor injury. So that will probably rule him out. With Palladino hurt too, our attack looks quite stale with only one forward on the bench.

Yes Maresca is missed. I've talked with some Sevilla fans and they think he was their best player last season. I think he would fit in our team.
