agree wholeheartedly. This Dortmund team is pretty good. They have young talents coming up, a good coach, and the right mentality, and we dominated them. So quit the shit-talk, and support your team. That Rossi looks good, Iaquinta shows he's still there, Poulsen an assist, it's ok!! I actually am surprised how cool we played this game. They didn't have a real goal-chance for 90 minutes, and that penalty... well... it was while passing back... no one cares. Overall a good performance! We don't need a ronaldinho, we are juventus!
If it helps we may as well play a 4-2-4 or something. Our strikers are the only thing thats exciting this season (apart from the young stars, who may or may not get a chance)... long ball mentality will/could be our only way forward. Anyway our next two challenges (TIM & Emirates) will give us a better understanding of whats to come.
Wow i really enjoyed this game and the way we dictated play, we really looked impressive. Amauri.....that guy is having a great run of games, has scored in all our friendlies except the piacenza one. Iaquinta is tremendous, extremely reliable, and his pace is very underrated. So far both those guys have looked great, which begs the question who will be the starting two as it looks up in the air to me. Poulsen looked good on his debut, and it looks like he is a decent central midfielder, that can also pass, however this is one game and we should wait for the season to develop, cause i remember nocerino looked particularly impressive in preseason last year only to disappoint later on. All in all couldn't be more excited for this season!
