I'm looking for some sites that provide free webhosting. I need:

* FTP access
* Outside linking to images
* Short URLS (if possible)
* Between 25MB to 50MBs of disk space
* Banner ads

Any recs?

I used free hosting in the past. But since then the market has changed a bit, I believe Mac and Kiran found a good one, think it was www.madsims.net.
