Not to mention that he was playing out of position, and for a very demanding club with high expectations, and yet he still excelled, which can't be said for a lot of other muppets that have donned the Juve jersey in past seasons.

At least we don't have to worry about him getting injured ;)

We was quite good in a shitty Juve defence, we don't know the quality of the Danish players. Maybe there were better CBs in the team than him.
Which there is. One of the CB's in the squad is a regular starter for a team that this season got to the knock-out phase of CL. Matthias Zanka Jørgensen is his name. The other two CB's in the squad are both starters in the danish league and although Serie A is a far stronger competition than the danish league, they are atleast as good as Frederik Sørensen right now.

Frederik Sørensen is a bigger talent. But how many games has he played as a starting CB for a first team squad?

Can't believe people are stunned by the fact that he was dropped. It's a huge disappoint for us fans, yes. But they did what they needed to do. He haven't played CB all season (except one game) and he isn't a RB.

It's worth mentioning that the coach of the danish team is so confident in his defenders that it was a midfielder who got chosen over Sørensen.

He is not ready for u-21 level on a team like Denmark?
the u-21 team have a coach and when he has a reason not to take him with them then it should be a lesson for freddy and he should work harder to get there. im not hating i would love it should he really become a starter for us or something but right now he isnt ready for bigger challenges thats it.

Perhaps.
Serie A isn't as hyped in Denmark as Premier League, La liga and even Bundesliga.
He would already have been in the main-national roster if he played for a big club in England, im sure of it.

But it's a shame that he wont play in the European Championships.
He is probably the most talented defender Denmark has produced in the past 10 years (on pair with Agger).
But somehow he gets overlooked - not only by Del Neri, but also his own country.

It's a shame.
Kjaer?
